Espressona Signora, the espresso cup in the black dress
Espressona Signora is an Italian brainrot character: a woman in a black gown with an espresso cup for a head. Fan lore makes her the moody sister of Ballerina Cappuccina. In the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot she goes by Espresso Signora, which is why both spellings get searched.

Where she came from
Her sister came first. Ballerina Cappuccina, a ballerina with a cappuccino mug for a head, was first posted on TikTok by @aironic.fun on March 19, 2025. Espressona grew out of the family lore fans built around her. No creator or first post for Espressona herself has been documented, so treat any origin story you read as fan canon.
Her look is the joke: a frown, a black dress, gloves and fishnet tights, the dark roast next to her sister's foam. In September 2025 Bustle covered an "espresso makeup" trend on TikTok named after her: matte skin, smoky brown eyes, coffee-colored lips.
Fans keep her going on YouTube with long fan stories, such as a fan-made "full movie", and with songs that pair her with Ballerina Cappuccina.
The coffee family in fan lore
- Ballerina Cappuccina. The dancer. In the lore Wikipedia sums up, she is married to Cappuccino Assassino and has a messy love triangle with Tung Tung Tung Sahur.
- Cappuccino Assassino. A coffee-cup ninja with blades, her husband in most versions.
- Espressona Signora. The sister. Smaller cup, stronger coffee, permanent frown. Some fan stories make her jealous of Ballerina. None of it is official.

A cafe game built on her
Order Counter (fast-food counter service) and Block Bistro (a restaurant idle tycoon) on Roam play the same way, without the family drama.
- The counter. A grumpy espresso-cup lady runs a tiny cafe and judges every order out loud.
- Weird regulars. A walrus in roller skates wants a latte the size of a bathtub. A cactus wants it iced, with sand.
- Sister trouble. Her dancer sister spins through the kitchen at the worst moment. Time your trips around her.
- Rush hour. The line grows every minute. Tips buy a bigger machine that pulls two shots at once.
